A Marbella air-conditioning quote can be for a family villa, a holiday apartment, a penthouse terrace or an older townhouse, so we do not treat the area as one simple job.

We regularly work around San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia, Sierra Blanca, Nagueles, Los Monteros and Las Chapas, but the first question is always the same: what is already in the property, what has failed, and what does the owner want the system to do?

Helen and the team will talk through wall splits, multi-splits, ducted systems and cassette units in plain English. Some owners want the quietest bedroom unit they can fit. Some want an old system replaced before summer tenants arrive. Some need one outdoor unit feeding several rooms because the terrace has limited space.

For apartments and managed communities, we check where the outdoor unit can go before the quote becomes a promise. Many Marbella comunidades have rules on visible equipment, noise, condensate drains and working hours. It is better to settle those points early than have an installation delayed on the day.

For villas, the work is more about sizing and layout. A large lounge with glass doors, afternoon sun and a high ceiling needs a different answer from a shaded bedroom. We measure properly, check the route for pipework and electrics, then quote the unit that makes sense rather than the one that happens to be easiest to sell.
