Air conditioning in Mijas, La Cala and Calahonda

Mijas Pueblo often needs a careful survey because access can be tight and visible outdoor units are not always accepted. We check the pipe route, outdoor position and drainage before quoting, especially where the property sits on a stepped street or has limited terrace space.

La Cala, Calahonda and Riviera del Sol bring a lot of replacement work. Many properties already have older air-conditioning units that have done years of summer use. Sometimes a service is enough. Sometimes the old system is noisy, inefficient or no longer economical to repair.

For British expats living here full time, heating matters too. Modern air-conditioning units can warm a room efficiently in winter, so we talk about year-round use rather than only July and August. We also explain basic filter cleaning, because a well-kept unit cools better and usually lasts longer.
